Information under § 5 ECG (Austrian E-Commerce Act), § 14 UGB (Austrian Commercial Code), § 25 MedienG (Austrian Media Act), § 19 AStG (Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act) and Art. 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) for the ipixvent app, the website www.ipixvent.com and the login page of the admin interface admin.ipixvent.com.
⟨Working note, remove before publication: the details marked as placeholders are filled in by the operator. Which lines apply depends on the legal form. Sole proprietorship: first name and surname (if registered in the company register, also the business name with “e.U.”, the company register number and the court), address, trade authority, chamber; no details on shareholders or governing bodies. GmbH: business name with “GmbH”, registered office, company register number and company register court, management, VAT ID; under § 25(2) and (3) MedienG also all shareholders holding more than 25% and their holdings in other media companies. 2. Business purpose
Operation of the ipixvent app and the website www.ipixvent.com: a platform for video and photo Challenges that users organise and others take part in, for on-site events with ticket reservations, for livestreams and for a seasonal loyalty programme with partner companies. In addition, there are paid tiers for organisers, a Creator Pass and advertising space in the app.
3. Disclosure under § 25 MedienG
Media owner: ipixvent, Melikgazi/Kayseri, Türkiye.
Business purpose: as in section 2.
Basic orientation (editorial line): ipixvent is a platform for competitions with videos and photos, for on-site events and for a loyalty programme. The content comes mostly from users. The operator does not pursue any political, religious or ideological orientation. The operator’s own contributions are limited to information about the app, its features, its rules and its partners.

4. Point of contact under the Digital Services Act
ipixvent is a hosting service and an online platform within the meaning of the DSA (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Under Art. 11 and 12 DSA, we designate a single point of contact.

In the app: “Help and contact” in the settings, and the “Report” function on every entry, comment, profile, chat message and Challenge.
Languages: German and English. Enquiries are answered by a human, not just by an automated system.

5. Supervision and Digital Services Coordinator
The Digital Services Coordinator in Austria (Art. 49 DSA, Koordinator-für-digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (Austrian Digital Services Coordinator Act)) is the Kommunikationsbehörde Austria (KommAustria, the Austrian Communications Authority), with its office at Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH (RTR, the Austrian regulatory authority for broadcasting and telecommunications), Mariahilfer Straße 77–79, 1060 Vienna, www.rtr.at. Under Art. 53 DSA, users can lodge a complaint there if they believe that we are in breach of the DSA.

6. Consumer dispute resolution
Information under § 19 AStG (Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act): we are not legally obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. ⟨Option A: We do not take part in such proceedings. / Option B: We take part voluntarily in proceedings before the Internet Ombudsstelle (Internet Ombudsman), Ungargasse 64–66/3/404, 1030 Vienna, www.ombudsstelle.at.⟩
Before you turn to an arbitration body or a court, please write to us at support@ipixvent.com. Most questions can be resolved directly. This does not affect your statutory rights, in particular your right to go to the ordinary courts.
The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025; there is therefore no longer a link to it.
7. Data protection
How we process personal data, which providers are involved and what rights you have is set out in the Privacy Policy. What is stored on your device is set out in the Cookie Policy. 8. Responsibility for content
Our own content. We are responsible under the general laws for the content that we publish ourselves on the website and in the app. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we give no guarantee that it is complete and up to date. Information on prices, features and terms applies in the version shown in the app at the time in question.
User content. Videos, photos, texts, comments, chat messages, livestreams and Challenges come from the users who post them. They are responsible for them. We store this content as a hosting service within the meaning of Art. 6 DSA: we are not liable for illegal content as long as we have no actual knowledge of it, and we remove it promptly as soon as we become aware of it. We are not obliged to monitor content generally (Art. 8 DSA), but we carry out checks voluntarily when we see reason to (Art. 7 DSA).
Reporting illegal content. Anyone who considers content to be illegal can report it in the app via “Report” or by email to support@ipixvent.com (Art. 16 DSA). What a report must contain and what happens next is set out in the Community Guidelines.
9. Links to other websites
Our website and the app contain links to websites of other providers, for example to the app stores, to partner companies of the Season programme, to profiles on social networks (users’ profile links) and to the payment and verification pages of Stripe and Didit. We have no influence over the content of these websites and do not check them on an ongoing basis. Links that users add themselves are subject to the Community Guidelines; the users are responsible for them. If we become aware of a link to illegal content, we remove it. Please send any notices to support@ipixvent.com.
10. Copyright and trademarks
The texts, the design, the logo and the source code of the website and the app are protected by copyright. The rights holder is ipixvent, unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, adaptation and distribution beyond the statutory limitations require our written consent. “ipixvent” is the name of the app and of the operator; ⟨trademark registration: “registered trademark no. …” or remove this line⟩.
Users’ entries belong to them. They grant us only the rights of use that are necessary to operate the app; the details are set out in the Terms of Use. The music in the app’s library is provided under licences and may only be used within the app.
Anyone who believes that content infringes their copyright, trademark rights or personality rights should contact support@ipixvent.com. We check promptly and remove content that has been reported with good reason.

This website does not use any third-party photos, graphics or fonts. The logo and design are by ipixvent. Map data in the app: © OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database License (ODbL); tiles from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom — EU adequacy decision).
12. Apple and Google
The app is distributed via Apple’s App Store and via Google Play. Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland) and Google Commerce Ltd. or Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) are neither operators of the app nor organisers or sponsors of the Challenges and the Season programme. They are not involved in running them, judging them or awarding prizes. Purchases via the stores are additionally subject to the stores’ own terms. Maintenance and support for the app are provided by us, not by Apple or Google.
